Welcome to the universe

So.. Welcome to my blog~! I will mostly just be posting random stuff from my daily life. Some can be really cute and girly, with sparkles and glitter, cute room decorations, outfits.. Other times it will be about music, books, games and comics.. As the title says, welcome to the universe.. My universe~ <3

Ask me anything

Sis and I decided to get creative and make some cute glittery decorations~! ^^

I made some chocolate fondant for my family this evening, with vanilla/caramel ice cream underneath, and a chocolate covered cone to keep it all together once you make the whole, so the filling will come out.. Tasted awesome~! :D
Here’s the recipe:

(For 6 persons)100 g butter125 g dark chocolate4 pasteurized egg yolk 4 pasteurized egg white40 g sugar20 g wheat flour
Heat up the oven to 220 C.
Melt butter and chopped chocolate at low heat.
Whip egg yolks and sugar together till it’s fluffy and foamy. Then you mix the flour and the now chilled chocolate butter in the mixture.
Whip the egg whites till they’re stiff and airy, and then you very carefully mix it in with the dough.
Prepare some well-oiled (Use butter, NOT oil to prepare the forms) forms and pour the dough into six equally sized forms (I used muffin forms).
Put the forms in the heated oven for 7 min. nothing more, nothing less, the key to keeping them fluent inside is the time.
Then you have chocolate fondant, to be served with either ice cream or whipped cream.. Easy done! Enjoy~! ^^

Well, since I’m going to a cooking school and all, it’ been decided that I have to be Gordon Ramsay for a day, and put together the menu for the whole school etc. I then thought it could be a lot of fun to make an indian themed day, since we’ve never made any indian food in the three months I’ve been there, and to be honest.. The indian kitchen is one of my favorite flavors in the world! So I wouldn’t let my friends, or the other 60 people who come to eat there everyday, miss out on it! So here’s my menu:

1) Lamb curry

2) Some different flavored Naan bread

3) Some veggie samosas

4) Aloo Matar for the vegetarians

5) Traditional indian rice, for both the vegetarian and none vegetarian dish

6) A salad with some avocado, feta cheese and other salad-ish things

7) And last some slightly spicy cookies (I have no idea if these are indian or anything, they just taste AWESOME! So I added them, same with the salad, it’s just an ordinary salad ^^)

So, I’m really excited about this, and I hope that they will enjoy it! :D

Well, as a celebration of spring I decided to make a little ‘what I’d love to wear’ photo set again ^^ Since it’s spring and the nature is growing back, I thought a colorful and fresh outfit would be appropriate. I liked the pants ‘cause of the cute leopard print, together with the very colorful red shirt and yellow shoes. The army green jacket to tone down all the other colors to make it more balanced, along with the white cute bracelet and ring. Besides that I thought the straw hat was adorable and fit the theme really well, and same with the glasses :D
